The pendant features a magnificent 5.23 carat pear shaped Tanzanite. The tanzanite is a deep, intense lavender blue color. The tanzanite is perfectly bezel set with extraordinary detail on the bezel. Sixteen G H VS diamonds are prong set into 18 kt yellow gold that is high polished. More beautiful detailed gold work is done on the edge of the yellow gold area in 18 kt white gold. The pendant is built up with highly detailed, hand finished gold work on the side (see side view). The diamond set bail is a perfect compliment to the style and scale of the pendant. A simple 18 karat gold chain is included with the pendant. This one of a kind pendant is suitable for the most discerning of tastes.
