This fabulous pink sapphire is set into a beautifully designed diamond mounting consisting of 146 G H/SI quality diamonds, weighing almost 0.80 carats. The diamonds are set almost all the way down the sides of the ring (see additional views). The high polish 18 karat white gold and the nice diamonds really create a feast for the eyes.
