Marc's Comments: This very fine gem is a color change garnet from a new deposit in Tanzania. This new color change material exhibits alexandrite like color change, very similar to Brazilian material. Raspberry red to teal green colors and best of all these gems are clean! Very nice material and the cost is quite a bit lower than Alexandrite.
